Valera Condos In Burlington By Adi Development Group

Valera Condos is a new condo project by Adi Development Group and is currently in pre-construction. Valera Condos architect is designed by CORE Architects and ICONA Architects Inc. The new project will be located at 4880 Valera Road in Burlington. The major intersection is Appleby Line & Dundas Street.

This new project will consist of two phases. The first phase will be a collection of townhomes. Valera Condos will be the second phase which will consist of two buildings 8 and 10 storeys attached by a 3 storey podium. The building will feature retail space on the ground-level of the podium. Valera Towns will be a collection of 26 Back-to-Back towns, 30 Traditional towns and 14 Freehold Towns. Units will be a mix of two bedrooms, two bedrooms plus den and three bedrooms. Units will start from the $600s. Units will range from 1,260 sq.ft up to 1,788 sq.ft. The estimated completion date for Valera Condos is set for December 2021.
