1075 Bay Condos will be 66 storey tower with 528 mixed units. Units will be a mix of 313 one bedroom, 147 two bedroom and 68 three bedroom layout. Units will range from about 570 square feet to about 980 square feet. The estimated completion date for 1075 Bay Street Condos is still unknown.

1075 Bay Street will feature 8,980 sqft of retail space on the ground-level. From the second floor to the 14th floor there will be office use a total of 263, 285 sqft of office space. On the second floor, office tenants will have their own 2,475 sqft of outdoor amenity terrace.

Residential units will start from the 16th floor through the 65th floor with approximately 11 units per floor. Amenities for residents will be on the 15th and 16th floor with a total of 22,927 sqft; 15,284 sqft for indoor space and 7,642 for outdoor space. On the 15th floor there will be 8,934 sqft of indoor amenities wrapped by a 6,512 of outdoor terrace. These spaces will extend up to the 16th floor with a 968 sqft of indoor space connected by a 1,130 sqft of outdoor terrace. On the 66th floor there will be a standout amenity space of 5,381 sqft of indoor space enclosed with glass crown. This special feature allows residents of all floors to have a panoramic city views.

The building will have a six level underground parking garage which will contain 201 spaces. This will be divided between residential units and office use; 106 for residents and 95 for office. Bicycle parking spaces will also be available in the garage with a total of 639 spaces; 528 for residents and commercial spaces and 111 for visitors.
