Two Fifty Two Church Condos is a new condo project by CentreCourt Developments and is currently in pre-construction. 252 Church Condos architect is designed by IBI Group. The new project will be located at 252 Church Street in Toronto. The major intersection is Church Street and Dundas Street East.

252 Church Condos will be 52 storey tower with 681 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of studio, one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. Units will range from 291 square feet to about 721 square feet. The estimated completion date for Two Fifty Two Church Condos is set for Late 2024.

 

Two Fifty Two Church Condos will feature an expansive double-height lobby with fire place, 24 hour concierge service and automated parcel storage. The building will have a total of 18,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor lifestyle amenities.

252 Church Condos will have a dedicated third floor to only indoor amenity space with a small outdoor bbq dining area amenity on the northwest corner. Two Fifty Two Church Condos will feature 3,390 square feet of retail space on the ground-level. The building will have underground parking garage which will contain 69 parking spaces and 554 bicycle spaces.
