55 Yonge Condos In Downtown Toronto By H&R REIT

55 Yonge Condos is a new condo project by H&R REIT and is currently in pre-construction. 55 Yonge architect is designed by PARTISANS, BDP Quadrangle and ERA Architects. The new project will be located at 55 Yonge Street in Toronto. The site is on the southeast corner of Yonge Street between Colborne Street and Wellington Street East. The major intersection is Yonge Street & Wellington Street East.

55 Yonge Condos will be 66 storey tower with 482 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. Units will range from about 450 square feet to about 2,000 square feet. The estimated completion date for 55 Yonge Condos is still unknown.

 

55 Yonge Condos will be a mixed use tower with 146,000 square feet of office space and 12,000 square feet of retail space. There will be ten floors of office space, designed and supported by efficient layouts. The retail space is expected to be on the first two floors of the building.

Residents and office tenants will have access to the wellness amenities that the building will provide. Amenities will be located in between the residential and office levels. They will include a pool,  a spacious open air terrace, a state of the art fully equipped gym and health oriented programming. On top of that, boardrooms and informal meeting areas to support the offices.

55 Yonge is located in the Church-Yonge Corrior Neighbourhood. In the heart of the Financial District of Toronto, it has a walkscore of 98/100 and a transit score of 100/100, meaning amazing accessibility. King Subway Station is right adjacent to the building and Union Station is a 5-minute walk, convenient for getting around Toronto.
