Abeja District Condos Block 2 is a new condo project by Cortel Group and is currently in pre-construction. Abeja District architect is designed by BDP Quadrangle Architects Ltd. The new project will be located at 2901 Rutherford Road in Vaughan. The major intersection is Jane Street & Rutherford Road.

Abeja District Block 2 is the next part of the new master-planned community by Cortel Group in Vaughan. The project will consist of 2 towers with a total of 700 units. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedroom, two bedroom plus den and three bedroom layout.  The estimated completion date for Abeja District Condos Block 2 is still unknown.

Abeja District had a very successful first phase, the first and second tower was completely sold out and very limited units left in the third tower. 

Abeja District Condos Block 2 is located around the corner from Vaughan Mills in the town of Vaughan, Ontario. This project is very Close to the new Mackenzie Vaughan hospital and has access to Vaughan mills Shopping centre for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Highway 400 is close by and allows access to other parts of the Greater Toronto Area with ease. Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station is 8 minutes away for more transport options. Nearby parks include West Maple Creek Park, Julliard Park and Komura Road Park.
