Allure Condos is a new condo project by Emblem Developments and is currently in pre-construction. Allure architect is designed by IBI Group. The new project will be located at 250 King Street East in Toronto. The site is on the northwest corner of King Street East and Princess Street. The major intersection is King Street East & Sherbourne Street.

Allure Condos is Located in the Moss Park neighbourhood in Toronto, an area famous for being the setting for Canadian TV show Kim’s Convenience, with the store still in place.
