The anticipated completion for Forêt Forest Hill Condos is targeted for Summer 2027.
  • The 1306 The Queensway Condos development will feature three towers spread over a 2.91-acre area. The most prominent tower, reaching 31 storeys, will face The Queensway. To the north side, a 24-storey tower will stand, while a 12-storey tower will be situated at the eastern end, fronting onto Kipling Avenue. A private public space, situated at the junction of Kipling and The Queensway, will connect the intersection to an elegant central courtyard.
  • The 300 The East Mall Condos development will encompass four buildings with heights of 40, 33, 23, and 12 storeys, collectively offering 1,100 diverse units. The units will be divided into 666 one-bedroom, 325 two-bedroom, and 109 three-bedroom configurations. The projected completion date for 300 The East Mall Condos remains uncertain.
  • The condos at 1467 Bathurst Street will include more than 24,000 sqft of retail area on the ground floor. Additionally, a courtyard will be situated between the center and east towers, overlooking St. Clair Avenue. The structure will also offer a three-tiered underground parking facility with space for 531 vehicles.
