Kylemore Communities, a real estate developer active in Markham since 1997, established its roots by building around the renowned Angus Glen golf course, which has hosted the Canadian Open multiple times. As a master planned community builder, Kylemore Communities is dedicated to the city of Markham, contributing to its future and supporting charitable foundations in the region.

Angus Glen stands as one of the nation’s top golf courses, a realization of Arthur Stollery’s dream. Despite doubts and a twenty-year journey, Stollery witnessed his vision come to life as he played a round on the completed course. Today, the course bears his name and is managed by his granddaughter, Cailey.

Recognizing the potential of the property surrounding Angus Glen, Patrick O’Hanlan formed Kylemore Communities. O’Hanlan’s commitment to building model homes and multiple houses in developing areas propelled the company’s award-winning legacy. In 2013, they received the BILD Awards’ Community of the Year – Low-Rise for the Angus Glen project.

Since their Angus Glen community, Kylemore Communities has become deeply invested in Markham.
