Landa Place Condos is a new condo project by Landa Global Properties and is currently in pre-construction. 2075 Kennedy architect is designed by Quadrangle Architects Ltd. The new project will be located at 2075 Kennedy Road in Scarborough. The major intersection is Kennedy Road & Highway 401.

Landa Place Condos will consist of 3 towers. On the south end there will be 38 and 39 storey towers with a shared 7 storey podium. The 38 storey tower will have 300 mixed units while the 39 will have 310 units. The podium will house about 9.343 sqft of retail space and about 8,342 sqft of office space. The building will have above ground parking on levels 2 through 7. The building will also feature indoor space on the 7th floor and outdoor space on the 6th floor. On the northeast corner there will be another 39 storey tower on a 6 storey podium with 320 mixed units.

Just like the pair of towers, amenities will be houses on the 7th floor. Between the 3 towers a total of 930 condo units. Units will be a mix of 558 one bedroom, 279 two bedroom and 93 three bedroom layout. Landa Place Condos will feature a new park on the southeast corner of the site. The estimated completion date for Landa Place Condos is still unknown.
