Park Place Condos In Vaughan By SmartCentre REIT

Park Place Condos is a new condo project by SmartCentre REIT and is currently in pre-construction. Park Place architect is designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects. The new project will be located at Commerce Street at Highway 7 in Vaughan. The site is at the northeast corner of  Highway 7 and Commerce Street. The major intersection is Jane Street & Highway 7.

Park Place is the newest addition of SmartVMC by SmartCentres. This next phase of the 100-acre master planned community in the centre of the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Park Place is situated on 1.7 acres of land and it will consist of two towers of 48 and 56 storeys tall. The two towers will be connected by a three-level podium. The beautiful towers will overlook the future 9-ace central park.


Park Place Condos will be two towers with a total of 1,111 condo units. The south tower will rise 56 storeys with the north tower being 48 storeys. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. Units will range from about 500 square feet to about 900 square feet. The estimated completion date for Park Place Condos is set for Summer 2027.

Park Place Condos will feature over 10,000 square feet of retain space on the ground level. Amenities will be located on the second and third floors of the shared podium. Amenities will include a fitness area with yoga and wellness spaces, cycle lab, lounge and games room, a large outdoor terrace with outdoor cooking area. The building will be a smart technology equipped with WiFi in all common areas, touch free entry, smart thermostats and app integration. The building will have a three level underground parking garage.

Park Place condos has arrived in Vaughan. Overlooking Central Park, which is planned in the upcoming years, it offers a variety of amenities. For transport, the Vaughan Metropolitan centre station is a short walk away and Highways 7,400 and 407 are nearby for easy access to the GTA. Vaughan Mills and Yorkdale Shopping Centre are available for your shopping needs. Canada’s wonderland is a short drive, offering entertainment for an evening or a weekend. York University is close by for students wishing to attend.
