Scarborough Junction Condos In Scarborough By Republic Developments

Scarborough Junction Condos is a new proposed condo, townhouse and retail project by Republic Developments and is currently in pre-construction. Scarborough Junction architect is designed by Giannone Petricone Associates. The new project will be located at 3585-3595 St Clair Avenue East in Scarborough. The major intersection is St Clair Avenue East & Danforth Road.

The Scarborough Junction will be the new master-planned community at Danforth Road South of St Clair on a 26 acres of land. The site is divided into three blocks. The first phase will be concentrated in the north and east portions of the site. This phase will include 17 buildings ranging from 14 storeys to 48 storeys and will have over 6,600 new residential units. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. The estimated completion date for Scarborough Junction Condos is still unknown.

Scarborough Junction Masterplan will have 165,000 square feet of retail, 4.5 acres of park space and over 50,000 square feet of community space which includes child care space and improved access to Scarborough GO Station. The plan also will include a total of 3,666 parking spaces and 7,336 bicycle parking spaces.
