St Clair Place Condos In Toronto By Capital Developments & Wittington Properties Limited

St Clair Place Condos is a new condo project by Capital Developments and Wittington Properties Limited and is currently in pre-construction. St Clair Place architect is designed by Diamond Schmitt Architects. The new project will be located at 1485-1535 Yonge Street in Toronto. The major intersection is Yonge Street & St. Clair Avenue East.

St Clair Place Condos will consist of four towers of 44, 39, 27 and 13 storeys. A total of 1,362 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom layout. Units will range from 667 square feet to about 1,140 square feet. The estimated completion date for St Clair Place Condos is still unknown.

St Clair Place Condos will feature retail space on the base of all three towers with over 25,000 m2 of retail space. The towers will also share a courtyard. The site will have a four level underground parking garage which will contain 677 spaces; 462 for residents and 213 for visitors.

St. Clair Place Condos is located in the thriving Yonge – St. Clair neighbourhood. This project has a walkscore of 95/100 and an excellent transit score, great accessible location. St. Clair Subway station is a 4-minute walk away and this project is close to Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Casa Loma and Royal Ontario Museum are both under a 10-minute drive away.
