The Dawes Condos In Toronto By Marlin Spring Developments

The Dawes Condos is a new condo project by Marlin Spring Developments and is currently in pre-construction. Dawes architect is designed by IBI Group and the interior design is by U31 Design. The new project will be located at 10-30 Dawes in Toronto. The major intersection is Danforth Avenue & Main Street.

The Dawes Condos will consist of two towers rising 38 storeys on the south side and 24 storeys on the north side with a total of 631 mixed condo units.
