45 The Esplanade Condos is a new condo project by Republic Developments and is currently in pre-construction. 45 The Esplanade architect is designed by IBI Group. The new project will be located at 45 The Esplanade in Toronto. The site is situated on the south side of The Esplanade just east of Yonge Street and West of Church Street. The closest major intersection is Front Street West & Yonge Street.
45 The Esplanade Condos will be replacing the Novotel Hotel with two towers of 36 storeys each with a total of 682 mixed condo units and 138 hotel suites. Units will be a mix of 388 one bedroom, 226 two bedroom and 68 three bedroom layout. The estimated completion date for 45 The Esplanade Condos is still unknown.
45 The Esplanade Towers will be attached by a podium. The podium will be seven storeys and will contain commercial use at the floor level, shared amenity space and a hotel. Residents will have access to a 14,702 square feet of indoor amenity space and 9,266 square feet terrace on the podium rooftop to be shared between the two towers. The builders will have a three-level underground garage that will have 210 vehicle spaces of which 165 space are just for residents and 45 will be for visitors, including hotel use.
