Connolly Condos is a new condo project by Hue Developments & LCH Developments (Lifestyle Custom Homes) and is currently in pre-construction. Connolly architect is designed by McCallum Sather Architects Inc. The new project will be located at 98 James Street South in Hamilton. The major intersection is Main Street East & James Street South.

Connolly Condos will be 30 storey tower with 315 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout.
