Huntingdale Towns In Scarborough By Profile Developments Inc

Huntingdale Towns is a new townhouse project by Profile Developments Inc and is currently in pre-construction. Huntingdale architect is designed by IBI Group. The new project will be located at 3051 Pharmacy Avenue in Scarborough. The major intersection is Pharmacy Avenue & Finch Avenue East.

Huntingdale Towns will be a collection of 81 contemporary townhomes. Towns will be 68 back-to-back units and 13 rear-lane units. Units will be a mix of two bedroom layout and three bedroom layout. Units will range from 1,084 square feet to about 2,531 square feet. The estimated completion date for Huntingdale Towns is set for Fall 2024.
