This is a proposed site of the redevelopment of Pickering Town Centre on a 55 acres of land. The site will house 10+ buildings and over 6,000 units. This will a mixed use residential condo, rental, commercial retail, seniors and youth facility, gymnasium, theatre, art gallery, library and parkland development.

Block 1 will consist of 4 towers, 45, 40, 50 and 55 storeys with a total of 2100 units. Tower 1 will be the first to launch with 45 storeys high and 500 condo suites. This will bring on the new Downtown Durham. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. Units will range from 491 square feet to about 700 square feet. The estimated completion date for Pickering City Centre Condos is still unknown.
