The Kip District 3 Condos is a new condo project by Concert Properties and is currently in pre-construction. The Kip District 3 architect is designed by BDP Quadrangle, IBI Group, Page + Steele Architects. The new project will be located at 5365 Dundas Street West in Etobicoke. The Kip District 3 Condos will consist of two towers, one condominium and one rental building. The condominium will be 37 storey tower with 398 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of 205 one bedroom, 39 two bedroom, 43 three bedroom layout and 11 two-storey townhome units.  The estimated completion date for The Kip District 3 Condos is still unknown.

The Kip District phase 3 Condos will have a shared underground garage parking. A three-level below grade with 695 parking spaces with 616 for residents and 79 for visitors. A total of 880 bicycle parking spaces with 800 for long-term and 80 for short term. 

The Kip District 3 is located in the Islington-City Centre West neighbourhood in Toronto. With a short walk to Kipling Subway Station and Go station, there’s lots of ways to get around town. Highway 427 and Gardiner Expressway are also viable options for transport and commuting, therefore this project has a 95/100 for transit.
